Terms of use

  1. The game. Thimiola's Toilet is a free browser game for entertainment. It is funded by advertising. By playing, you agree to these terms.
  2. Fiction. THIMIOLA, its research project, logs, people and organisations are entirely fictional. Nothing in the game is real scientific, medical or technical information.
  3. Content. The game contains cartoon toilet humour and rude noises. It is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children.
  4. Availability. We provide the game "as is" and may change, interrupt or discontinue it at any time, without notice. There is no guarantee that it works on every device or that saved progress is kept.
  5. Intellectual property. The game's code, graphics, sounds, story, name and branding (including "Thimiola's Toilet", "THIMIOLA" and "Artificial Intestelligence™") belong to the operator. You may play it, link to it and share screenshots or videos of your gameplay. You may not copy, re-host, sell or redistribute the game or its assets, or present them as your own, without written permission. The Fredoka font is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
  6. Acceptable use. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, interfere with its advertising (for example by generating artificial ad impressions or clicks), or use it for anything unlawful.
  7. Advertising. Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of websites they link to. Optional rewarded ads give in-game bonuses only; they have no monetary value.
  8. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of saved progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
  9. Privacy. See the privacy policy.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
  11. Your rights. Nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
